Dear Editorial Office,
I am writing to seek for your advice on the correction of our manuscript (Manuscript Number: xxxx), which is supposed to be published online on 26 April. After careful rechecking again, we noticed that there are still a couple of mistakes in the submitted proof (including the markers for the peak in Figure xxxx). We would like to know whether it is still possible to make correction at this stage or an erratum is necessary.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused, and please contact us soon so that we can rectify the mistake at the earliest possible time. Thank you very much.

可以碰下运气，写信给校正pdf的那个信箱（此时与编辑无关了，而是出版社的事了），说明问题，但不保证一定能接受修改，有可能让你以后勘误，试试总比不试强。我之前修改过一次，不过是proof校正的时候编辑部给我改错了，所以再正式页码出来前给我改过来了。

proof后已经归出版社了，不是编辑的责任了。需不需要直接给出版社联系呢？愁人。
