[交流] 投Journal of separation science，被拒，但是可以重新投，不知道怎么办？

投Journal of separation science27天被拒，两个review一个改，一个拒。但是编辑给了句：I look forward to receiving your re-submission。以下是编辑意见，一个主编意见，一个副主编意见：

Editor-in-Chief

In view of the criticisms of the reviewers, I regret to inform you that I cannot accept your manuscript in its present form for publication in Journal of Separation Science.
The comments of the reviewers are enclosed at the bottom of this message or attached to this email.

However, a strongly revised version of your manuscript that takes into account the comments of the reviewers will be reconsidered for publication.
……
Please note that re-submitting your manuscript does not guarantee eventual acceptance, and that your revision may be subject to re-review by the reviewers before a decision is rendered.

Once again, thank you for submitting your manuscript to the Journal of Separation Science. I look forward to receiving your re-submission

Based on their exceptional understanding of the field, I have to concur with Reviewer #1.  Along with this, Reviewer #2 lists enough issues to recommend that the article be rewritten and potentially resubmitted, if the authors deem this appropriate, after addressing the criticisms of the reviewer.

请问我是否应该重投呢，如果重投要注意什么，希望有经验的虫友惠予赐教

强烈LZ建议重投，感觉希望挺大的。尤其是按照审稿人提的意见修改。
JSS的审稿速度很快的。
另外，邮件中中这句话“Please note that re-submitting your manuscript does not guarantee eventual acceptance, and that your revision may be subject to re-review by the reviewers before a decision is rendered.”是经常会有的，比如大修过程中，所以别气馁。
加油。希望你的论文早点被接收。

楼主和我一样的情况，只是杂志不一样呢。楼主好好修改，补好实验，重新投稿，应该还是原来的审稿人审稿。只要按照他们的意见改，应该可以中的。
