我现在是J2博后工作1年半，期间也经历很多的迷惑，发现有挺多贴子在询问有关J2的工作，生活等，如果有问题可以站内联系我，会尽量帮忙回答。

1.Form I-765. In item 3, use an address that will not change. If you move, the Post Office will not forward mail from USCIS. In item 16, write: (C) (5). The J-2 applicant signs the form in blue ink.
2. $380 check or money order payable to "US Department of Homeland Security."
3. Letter requesting work authorization, describing why the applicant wants to work and stating that income from the J-2′s employment is not needed to support the J-1
4. Photocopies of the J-2′s and J-1′s current and any prior DS-2019 forms. Be sure that all the DS-2019s have been signed in the "Exchange Visitor Certification" section at the bottom of the form.
5.Two photos (see photo specifications, below). Place the photos in a small plastic bag or envelope and staple to the I-765 form.
6. Photocopy of the identity page in the J-2′s passport
7. Photocopy of the visa page in the J-2′s passport
8. Photocopy of the J-2′s I-94 card (front and back)
9. Photocopies of any EAD cards issued previously to the J-2
10. Photocopy of the J-2′s driver’s license, or other photo ID, if available
11.Marriage certificate (if spouse of the J-1), or birth certificate (if child of the J-1). Foreign-language documents should include an English translation.

我要去的地方就是西雅图。上述是university of washington的关于Employment Authorization for J-2 Dependents的说明，不知道是否可以通用。其中请请教楼主及各位的是英文版的.Marriage certificate要如何办理？这是否最好在国内办好了再去美国好呢？应该找（国内/国外）什么机构办理？
还有我的一些证件：执业医师资格证、医师执业证等，找工作的时候是否也要交英文版？应该找（国内/国外）什么机构办理？
