文章转投不知道如何操作。。。。

投Organic&Bioorganic Chemistry,被拒。编辑建议转投RSC Advances。我搞不清楚怎么转投啊？是在RSC Advances里直接投篇新文章，然后在coverletter里转达OBC编辑的意思吗？在OBC里文章的状态是Transfer，可编辑的信里有句话不是很明白Thank you for your recent submission to Organic & Biomolecular Chemistry. We have now received the reviewers’ reports on your manuscript, which are copied below. After careful evaluation of the manuscript and reports, I regret to inform you that we do not find your current manuscript suitable for publication in Organic & Biomolecular Chemistry. However, I have shown your work to Anna Pendlebury, Senior Publishing Editor of RSC Advances, who would be happy to consider a revised submission of the work. RSC Advances is a new addition to the RSC portfolio of journals, an international, peer-reviewed, online journal covering all of the chemical sciences, including interdisciplinary fields. Please have a look at the first issues published (www.rsc.org/advances). Your submission to RSC Advances must address each of the comments of the referees below. Please note that any resubmission will receive a new reference number and date of receipt. Submissions can be made through your author centre at。。。。。这个没写出来的网址是我投的OBC的author center。难道是从OBC的authorcenter里头RSC Advances？实在搞不明白了，谁能解决一下我的这一疑问啊？我是第一次投文章，实在是有很多问题不明白 |
