IEEE Signal Processing Letter投稿是投单栏还是双栏的？

IEEE Signal Processing Letter投稿系统上面写的： The required double-column single-spaced (2-column) version of the manuscript which may not exceed 4 pages, using a font size of 10 points or larger and having a margin of at least 1 inch on all sides. This version should include title; names of authors and their complete contact information; abstract; text; all images, figures and tables, appendices and proofs; and all references. Upload this version of the manuscript as a PDF file named "double.pdf".
