| In this experiment, n-butyl nitrite reagent new system with a 5 - iodo - 2 - aminopyridine diazotization reaction occurred to give 5 - iodo - 2 - aminopyridine diazonium salt (yield = 82.60%) followed by 2,4-- diaminotoluene and coupling the diazonium salt, synthesis of azo reagent iodo-pyridine 5 - (5 - iodo - 2 - pyridyl azo) -2,4 - diamino toluene crude product (yield = 69.54%) , and then the crude product was recrystallized twice a dark red crystalline solid and characterized by elemental analysis, infrared spectroscopy, proton nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy to characterize them. Final results showed that the 5-I-PADAT structure and design of the match. |
