如题，想请人帮忙修改得稍微专业一点儿，然后有什么专业术语翻译错误的麻烦指出来一下，在此先谢过各位了，很容易的，就是看看有木有什么明显的错误或者好改的就好 The harms and effective solutions of traffic congestion 1980s there is a growingly increase about the ownership of Motor vehicle ,which facilitate the daily lives of people, but it is a huge waste of space .At the same time carbon emissions from motor vehicles contributed 26% of all as a result of a serious environmental pollution, thus leading to that existing roads are unable to cope with so many traffic volumes.That is why traffic congestion emerges. Traffic congestion, also known as traffic jams ，is crowded situation or at a slow speed of cars.It usually occurs in holiday or on rush hour time. As we all known，traffic congestion has a large number of harms，such as economic loss，driver’s negative emotions，the waste of fuel and environmental pollution.Let us talk about two of these： （1） Economic losses may be the visible and direct. U.S. road traffic data provider Inrix show that the United Kingdom wastes fuel that is worthy over 426 million pounds in traffic jams every year; each passenger has an a mean loss of 331 pounds each year due to traffic congestion, a total of 2.7 billion pounds. Traffic jams brought delaysand vehicles using the cost-value-added of 1.1 billion pounds a year,then the sum of all of the above , which totals in approximately 4.3 billion pounds.In fact ,so is the situation in China. （2） Traffic pollution is also the essential effect，it is likely to result in autistic children. According to data relatively，there is much effect in children compared to adults，children's place of residence from the highway closer ，the greater the likelihood of autism .Efforts will be made in research and development of fuel-cell-driven and power-driven vehicles aiming to mitigate the pollution induced by transportation. Traffic congestion has brought much damage to people’s daily lives. Transportation Ministry and other relevant agencies are trying to take measures to fight traffic congestion and inconvenience . （1） Traffice Congestion Pricing， as a means of traffic demand, is considered to alleviate the city traffic congestion and improve the environment effect。In 1976, Singapore took the lead of having traffic congestion fee in the city center area .Followed by Norway Oslo, London have correspondingly implemented congestion pricing measures.Indeed, after the implementation of congestion pricing, traffic volumes decreased and vehicle speed rised of pricing zone ,but it will bring the negative influence to the social economy and break the social justice。 (2)Public transport priority policy is another method of avoiding traffic jams.From the paradoxes of perspective, the Government has taken any policies and measures to control traffic congestion ，which is a dilemma. growingly和increase 都是增长的意思。放在一起有点多余。1980s少加个介词，可以让人明白是从那是起，还是在那时。单三动词后要加s. 前两句逻辑有点问题。还有污染是二氧化碳，而不是碳原子。加油哦，能写这么多东西真的很了不起但是语法有待提高。多度点阅读会有帮助。我做了大改，希望不要介意...先给你改一段，如果能接受这种大改我可以继续给你改。 The growth of motor vehicle ownerships has increased remarkably since 1980s. Although it facilitates our daily life，it also brings a huge problem of environmental contamination.Such as the carbon dioxide which is emitted from motor vehicles contributes approximately 26% of all environmental pollution。And with the continuous growth in the amount of motor vehicle，the existing roads become unable to copy with the traffic volumes，finally end up with the traffic congestion. |
