Elsevier版权协议问题

Elsevier版权协议是不是按他们提供的链接网上提交以下就可以，提交以后往信箱里回发了几个确认提交的邮件。还需要签字扫描纸版的版权协议吗？也没有看到提供的PDF的版权协议啊。 We will do everything possible to publish your article quickly and efficiently.
