可以不用非要按照中文写的 关键是英文摘要的通顺 和语法之类的 谢谢 中文:不同性别家蚕34℃高温处理后的基因表达差异分析 为了研究家蚕在34℃环境下耐受高温的分子作用机制,我们构建了以抗高温家蚕7532品种5龄幼虫高温处理前后中肠,丝腺和脂肪体(混合)组织为材料的四个SGAE文库(常温(26℃)雌,雄,高温(34℃)雌,雄)。结果在获得的4个SAGE文库中Distinct Tag number为45972,56200,49467,46819,其中能够比对到基因的分别占到41.10%,35.00%,35.98%,33.16%,获得了丰富的数据。高温处理后雌,雄家蚕的基因表达差异较大,雌蚕高温后有193个基因表现上调,507个基因下调,雄蚕高温后上调,下调基因数分别为516,318,另外有许多基因在高温后表现出特异表达或沉默。差异基因的GO分析(Gene ontology)发现雌,雄蚕高温处理后其功能分布基本一致,而在synapse part,virion part,metallochaperone,cell killing,immune system process,rhythmic process显示出显著差异(p<0.05)。KEGG (Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes ) pathway分析显示主要的差异途径及差异基因个数为Oxidative phosphorylation:16个,Purine metabolism:13个,Pyrimidine metabolism:9个,Ubiquitin mediated proteolysis:9个,Aminoacyl-tRNA biosynthesis:8个,Glycolysis / Gluconeogenesis:8个,Arginine and proline metabolism 8个,Ribosome 8个,虽然pathway路径分析显示雌雄差异相同,但是每个途径中参与的基因种类,基因个数及其上下调模式均表现出较大差异。在我们的实验室中,我们首先关注结果表明,高温导致家蚕基因表达水平上的明显差异,而这些差异基因也显示出了性别差异,这些数据可以为研究不同性别家蚕对高温耐受的分子机理提供研究基础。 英文:Analysis of differential gene expression of different genders silkworm in 34℃ high temperature treated To investigate the molecular mechanism of silkworm resistance to high temperature and the difference between the sexes, We used serial analysis of gene expression technology (SAGE) to investigate gene expression profiles in the silkworm tissues including the midgut, silk gland and fat body of the 5th instar larvae between high-temperature treated(34℃,Male and Female)and control larvae(26℃,Male and Female).The results indicate that the Distinct Tag Numbers of the SAGE libraries are 45 972, 56 200, 49 467, 46 819 respectively, and the rates of mapping to genes are 41.10%, 35.00%, 35.98%, 33.16% in the four libraries accordingly. There are large differences between the gene expression of male and female Bombyx mori after heat treatment.193 genes of female Bombyx mori are up-regulated and 507 genes are down-regulated, the male are 516 and 318 respectively. Additionally, plenty of genes are expressed specifically or being silenced after heat treatment. The gene ontology (GO) analysis of differential genes indicated that the functional distributions of male and female after heat treatment are roughly identical, however, significant differences(p<0.05)are showed in synapse part, virion part, metallochaperone, cell killing, immune system process and rhythmic process. The KEGG(Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes)Pathway Analysis reveals the major distinct ways and the number of distinct genes respectively are: Oxidative phosphorylation:16, Purine metabolism:13, Pyrimidine metabolism:9, Ubiquitin mediated proteolysis:9, Aminoacyl-tRNA biosynthesis:8, Glycolysis/Gluconeogenesis: 8, Arginine and proline metabolism: 8, Ribosome: 8. Although the distinctions of male and female are shown to be similar in the pathway analysis, the types, numbers and up/down-regulated models of genes in every different pathway vary considerably. The results show that high temperature has caused significant differences in generic expression levels of bombyx mori , and those distinct genes reveals gender differences.
