套磁后，校方发来申请表填写，其中英语水平、基金项目、访问时间怎么填？
1.申请表里有一项：List languages you speak. Please list languages proficiency选择项有fluent、conversational、limited。我该选哪个呢？我是省公派出国，PETS5刚够55，但是听力远没到18分。
2.申请表里还有一项：Funding. Is your visit dependent on a scholarship or other funding? If so, what are the criteria and date of notification of your funding?我是该填写省公费资助吗？what are the criteria and date of notification of your funding这句话是什么意思呢？基金通知的标准和时间？
3.申请表里还有一项：Preferred Dates of Visit：Arrival (DD/MM/YYYY)
Departure (DD/MM/YYYY)请教大家我打算2014年2月出国，2015年2月回国，但是具体日期还未想好，在这个申请表中现在就要告知明确的时间（精确到日）吗。另外老美的邀请信要注明明确的日期吗？2019表要注明明确的日期吗？
