The influence of A/B and B/A of heterointerfaces on the transport behaviors of spin-polarized electrons has been studied. It is found that the A/B interface can significantly enhance the specular reflection of spin-polarized electrons and favor the electronic transport. At the B/A interface, a greater lattice mismatch between B and A emerges due to the epitaxial relationship, resulting in the formation of oxygen-deficient A oxide phase at this interface. This will improve the diffuse scattering of conduction electrons at the interface, which is not conductive to the transport properties of electrons. |
