| An aliquot of 5 μL of the DTT treated CPs was applied to the gold electrode and incubated in an environment chamber for 12 h at room temperature. After a thorough washing, the gold electrode was further incubated in 2.0 mg/mL thioglycolic acid for 2 h. The surface coverage of the immobilized CPs, estimated electrochemically using Ru-(NH3)6Cl3，37 was found to be in the range of 6.9−10.1 pmol/cm2. |
