我的配合物原子比较多,所以看cda分析的图比较困难
于是我要先 Show fragment orbital contributions to specific complex orbital,然后再结合cda的那个图进行处理,这里有几个问题。
1.阈值默认选5%,是不是以能看到最大的两个贡献来调整
2.如果我只画截取的部分轨道的图,frag简并轨道的贡献是否是几个简并轨道的的贡献之和,即红线上的百分数是否是几个简并轨道贡献的加和,如果这几个简并轨道的贡献相差较大,譬如一个贡献10%,一个贡献2%,是否可以忽略较小的,只画出最大的那个
3.同2,如果complex也有几个简并轨道,而frag到这几个简并轨道的贡献大小不一,我实际作图的是想比较frag2的occ为0中贡献较大的部分,也就是这些complex简并轨道的其中一个,我只在图中表示complex的简并轨道中的一个是否合理
4.Show fragment orbital contributions to specific complex orbital只显示了大于1%的贡献,但是涉及加和的时候,会不会产生更大的误差
5.似乎d-b最大的多半是但并不一定是frag2的occ0的贡献最大的,我有个例子,d-b最大的是171和172

他们的frag2的occ0的贡献都是1%多些,但是174的frag2的occ0的贡献是5%多
6.frag1和2的前后排序不同之后,cda一开始产生的d b d-b r的表格中的数据看起来是一样的,但是ecda的结果差了一点点,我对ecda的概念不特别理解,只是反馈一下这个问题

frag1的11 12 13是简并轨道,complex的192 193 194是简并轨道
d-b最大的是180和194号轨道

这里frag1的11 12 13对complex的180贡献有差异,在其他图中我只画出最大的那个frag1的轨道,但是因为frag1的11 12 13对complex的194贡献相差不大,所以红色的百分数是加和,不知道画的对不对
