Materials and Apparatus. Thiolated DNA CPs, synthetic miRNAs, and all other oligonucleotides of PCR purity were purchased from Proligo (Singapore). The DSN was supplied by Genomax Technologies Pte Ltd. (Singapore). All other reagents were purchased from Sigma-Aldrich and used without further purification. A pH 8.0 TMD buffer (50 mM Tris-HCl + 20 mM MgCl2+ 1.0 mM DTT) was used as the hybridization/ incubation medium. |
