博后申请， 外导问我为什么这么早就选择离开 该怎么回答

Can I ask why you are leaving your current position so soon? 我的回答 Thank you so much for your reply. Of course! At first I should say that my current tutor is a really good organist, and I have got a lot during my Postdoc here. Also the salary here is high. I think there are two reasons that why I want to leave. First, in this lab we do not know what the other people are doing, because we do not have group meetings. Second, even for my project, I can only get the order from my tutor, start the synthesis, when I finished the work, I get the new orders. I do not know exactly the whole overview of the research, although I have read many related papers. From a view of a prospect Postdoc, who goes out and do the research work in a foreign country, except the hard working to get fruitful product, he also wants to enlarge his views, exchange ideas with the others, especially the tutor. That is very important for his future development. It is one year and 3 months when the contract ends, I think it is shorter than two years, but not that short.
