[交流] 5.12

Today is mother’s day, all of us should show our appreciation for our mom, my mom lives in the same city with me, but still have about 80 kilometers away from where I lived.

I went home this morning, I wanted to buy a bouquet of flowers,but when I at the front door of flowers shop,I hesitated,I know if I take flowers to home, my mother will blame me spending money again,after a few seconds,I still purchased a bouquet of carnations and selected some apples and pineapples for my mom.

On my way home, I answered my wife’s call,and she let me to say ‘Happy Mother’s day’ to my mom.After hanging on the phone, I suddenly realized that, today is also a special day for my wife and me, we fell in love on 5.12, eight years ago,and my wife has pregnant now,she will give birth at the end of Sep. Therefor,today is hers first Mother’s day.

5.12 is bound to be a special day. Last year my father in law did a big operation to remove his whole stomache on 5.12, he was diagnosed with stomach cancer,so life has changed a lot, my wife had to resign her job and back to her home to look after her father,both of them suffered a lot,especially my father in law, after 6 courses of chemotherapy, his weight reduced from 150 to 90,and his hair almost fell out,my wife looks more gaunt,but the news of her pregnancy brings a lot of happiness to the family.

I am so grateful and blessed for my mom and my wife.
