The hydrolysis of Cr(Ⅲ) is very complicated, with the change of its solution pH value, triplet state or metastable mononucleated and multinucleated polymers will be produced. Gelatin is a kind of peptide macromolecule obtained from the multiple levels of hydrolysis of collagen. Chelation can be taken between some side chains in gelatin molecular structure and some metal ions, and have different effects. In this experiment, we selected hydrochloric acid as representative of hydracide and sulfuric acid as representative of oxyacid. The amount of complexation between Cr(Ⅲ)/gelatin and hydroxyl in different acidic conditions was studied by titrimetric method, focused on the crosslinking of metal ions and gelatin. Results show that under the condition of different acidic, Cr (Ⅲ)、gelatin and hydroxyl all three will be complexation to different extents. Not only was it affected by the hydrolysis of the Cr(Ⅲ), but also it estimated that was related to the existence of oxygen in acid. |
