[求助] 574 陪读签证表格填写问题

已在澳洲上学，想让老婆过来陪读。

1. 919 Nomination of student dependants 第10项 Give details of the Australian visa that you currently hold，让填 Visa label number，我的Visa label number <符号后面有9位，而919表只给了8个空格，咋办？

2. 919 Nomination of student dependants 第12问 Do you have any applications before this department either in Australia or overseas? Yes 和 No 该选哪个？选Yes 的话，得填写Type of application， When did you lodge this application? 以及Where did you lodge this application?
有点不清楚这个问题到底问的是什么。是问以前有没有申请过学生签证么？

3. 157 A 表里，签证费支付方式可以选用我在澳洲的mastercard信用卡吗？如果可以，是不是在后面填上535 澳元就行了。
