收到牛津博后面试通知，大家帮我分析分析 已有7人参与

昨天收到了一个牛津的面试通知，内容如下，大家帮我分析分析。 1. 这个面试只是HR的官方面试吗？面试小组有三个人，里面会不会没有我的老板？ 2. 牛津的这种面试应该怎么应对，有人经历过类似的管理部门的面试吗？ 3. 是不是还需要其他轮的面试，一共要多少个呢？ 4. 我能否事先发个邮件给职位的PI，咨询下具体情况呢？ 谢谢大家，有任何想法请尽管提。 Thank you for your application for the above position. I am pleased to invite you for a skype interview on XXX (UK Time), Please forward your skype contact details at your earliest convenience. The interview panel will consist of 3 members of our departmental management team and questions will be framed around the job description and selection criteria for the post. Your interview will last approximately 40 minutes. You should prepare a 10 minute presentation on your current and relevant research. Please note that any appointment made as a result of the interview will be subject to the University’s standard procedure for confirming appointments, a copy of which is enclosed for your information. I would be grateful if you could confirm as soon as possible that you are able to attend. In particular, please let me know if you have any special requirements which we might need to consider in relation to the interview arrangements (and completion of the selection exercise), for example, in the case of disability, access to facilities or equipment.
