2-(Morpholinodithio)-benzothiazole (MDB) has the remarkable ability of being both a vulcanizing agent for polydiene rubbers when used without elemental sulfur and a delayed-action, sulfenamide-type accelerator of sulfur vulcanization. Stocks cured with MDB in the absence of sulfut possess excellent thermal stability and aging properties comparable to tetramethylthiuram disulfide vulcanizates. Acceleration with MDB gives scorch-resistant vulcanizates having physical properties similar to those using typical sulfenamide accelerators.MDB-accelerated iread stocks showed good tread wear under actual tire test conditions.Shelf-stability studies showed that MDB was more stable than other commercial sulfenamides. 有几个专业单词真的翻译不好，麻烦大神给翻译依稀哈，万分感谢。 |
