脂肪酶是一类特殊的酯键水解酶，它可以将油脂水解成甘油和脂肪酸，在微生物及动植物体内普遍存在。本实验通过从土壤中分离筛选获得产脂肪酶活力高的菌株，并对筛选出的的菌株的产酶活力进行鉴定，同时考察了不同碳源对发酵产酶的影响，摇瓶发酵结果表明最佳碳源为玉米粉。 Lipase, an ester linkage hydrolase, helps to catalyze hydrolization of natural oil into fatty acid and glycerin.。。。。。。。。。。。后面自己翻译的结果老师一顿打击，大学生作文水平。。。。。o(╯□╰)o求高手翻译出博士水平。。(*^__^*) |

| Lipase is a kind of the special ester bond hydrolase, it can be hydrolyze oil into fatty acid and glycerol, it widely exists in the microorganisms, plants and animals in vivo. In this experiment, we picked out the strains with high lipase production activity were isolated from the soil, and the activity of enzyme production of strains that we have picked out were identified, and the effect of carbon source type on enzyme production of fermentation were investigated, the result of shaking flask fermentation show that cornmeal is the optimal carbon source. |
