As described in the title, whether I will commit a crime if I grab a stolen phone from the thief, and the phone isn‘t mine. one morning, when I ran cross Olympic Sports Center, I encountered a wretched man. I didn't pay attention to the man at the time. the man suddenly turned to me when I just pass him. He asked me"do you buy the phone", and swung the phone around. I didn't stop, just with a glance. I had encountered too much the scene. Afterwards, I have a sinful thought, I beat the thief up and grob the phone back. If that happens, whether the thief call the policeman, and whether I will commit a crime? |

 when you are walking through the square of bus station,train station ,or other station. one guy come straight to you and ask you wether you want the iphone or not.he always show you the reverse side of iphone, of which is a logo of bitten apple. the iphone is not a real iphone,if you buy it,you would be cheated by him. hehe! everyday when I go to work or go back to home, I often see many people is asking someone "do you want to buy the phone".As the above man said, most of them are the thief, so actually I hate them very much, who didn't only steal the phone, but also disturb the people who is walking. . Here I remembered a new from the ChonQing TV, which reported that one day a youngman exchang his old iphone with a new iphone from the poeple as the above mentioned and paid extra 1000 RMB for it, but when he go back to home, he found he even can't start the phone. Don't doubt me, this is really story. So they are thief and liar.Sincerely hope relevant department can forbiden this status for ever.
