the total quantity of Biomass resources is huge, but the quality is low. Too much moisture in the biomass raw material delay pyrolysis reaction, increase the cost of heating and destruct the stability of pyrolysis liquefaction product . In addition, the biomass also has strong hydrophilicity, high energy density, low oxygen content, not easy to store and dispersion of origin defects, caused in the transport, storage, and higher costs for energy use, which limits the further development of biomass utilization technology. Based on this background, this paper carried out through drying and roasting pretreatment preparation high quality biomass pyrolysis raw materials research and systematic analysis of the biomass heat and mass transfer mechanism of the drying process, put forward the simple method for determination of effective moisture diffusivity, and reveals the baking three kinds of products, the change rule of physical and chemical properties has been clear about the transformation of drying, and roasting pretreatment on biomass pyrolysis. |
