MS6.0并行使用必须使用Intelmpi？！我装的是MPICH2 难道不行？！

|
花了三天时间把服务器的并行计算架设了起来，也装好了MS6.0，可是在提交任务时却失败了！ 我用的是刀片式服务器，四个节点之间ssh已经免密码登录 mpich2也装好了 ssh和mpich2都测试过了，没问题！ 在MS的win客户端提交任务，失败，失败的信息如图 图2和图3是我对server console的测试 显示的是成功 图4和图5是我提交任务之后的失败信息  无标题2.png  无标题3.png  无标题4.png  无标题5.png |

MS6.0 随机帮助中指出： Installation Administrator中 IA32 and x86-64 Linux clusters Hardware minimum Intel Pentium 4 or compatible (x86, x86-64) processors running at 1 GHz or greater 1 GB RAM (2 GB recommended) per node 1.4 GB disk space per node Homogeneous clusters (identical processors, identical OS, libraries, etc., on each node) only Interconnects supported by Intel MPI. For MPI-parallel Materials Studio applications that are only supplied as 32-bit binaries (MesoDyn), when running on AMD64 or EM64T platforms, TCP will be used on the Infiniband and Elan interconnects. Note that some Infiniband Drivers work only with Linux kernel versions 2.6.16 (included with Red Hat 5) or higher. Beowulf architecture, with a head node that holds the file system, Materials Studio installation, and user data. These files must be mounted and visible to the compute nodes at the same location as on the head node Compute nodes must be set up to communicate with each other and the head node through rsh or ssh without a password (for MPI) A license file or license server must be installed on the head node, unless the compute nodes are configured so that they can access a license server elsewhere This is a recommended minimum specification. Greater processing power, speed, and memory are recommended for any heavy duty use. It is strongly recommended that you use a supported queuing system to ensure an even distribution of jobs between the different processors. There are no graphics-related requirements for running Materials Studio on Linux clusters. For details of Intel MPI please refer to the Intel Cluster MPI Libraries documentation. |
