1.由于基质中的Ca2+和Eu3+相差一个电荷,那么一价的Na+离子占据基质晶体中部分Ca2+格位形成负电性缺陷NaCa′,以抵消Eu3+取代Ca2+格位形成正电性缺陷EuCa′,起到电荷补偿c的作用,
2除了电荷补偿的作用外,还应考虑离子半径的影响.
3从晶体稳定观点上看,它们的半径都很相近,互相替代的原子或离子尺寸越近,则固溶体越稳定
4半径匹配的原理

1, Because Eu3 + and Ca2 + in the matrix differed from a charge, Na+ ions occupied part of Ca2+ in the crystal matrix leading to the formation of electronegative NaCa’ defects. It can offset the electropositive EuCa’ defects resulted from the replacment of Ca2+, taking a role of charge compensation c,
2, In addition to the role of charge compensation, the impact of ionic radius should be taken into account.
3, At the point of crystal stability, their radiuses are similar. The more the radiuses of alternative atoms or ions are similar, the more solid solution are stable.
