The results of orthogonal experiments were displayed in Table 2. The analysis of dispersion showed content of peroxide was proved to be most influencing on results of experiment for chroma value, and then was for reaction temperature, the last was reaction time. The optimal combination proved was A2B2C2. On this condition, the chroma value of ZSO could be fallen to 1.45.
    Conclusion
  The decoloration method of peroxide oxidation on ZSO was studied. The single test displayedthe different factors, such as content of peroxide, reaction temperature, and reaction time, hadremarkable effect on experimental results of chroma value. The results of orthogonal test showedthat the dominated sequence of influencing on chroma value was content of peroxide, and then wasfor reaction temperature, the last was reaction time. The optimal combination proved was A2B2C2.On this condition, the chroma value of ZSO could be reduced to 1.45, it fully meets the requirement of industrial application.

正交实验结果如表2所示。分析显示,NaOH的含量是对实验结果有最大的影响,然后是反应温度,最后是反应时间。最佳的条件是A2B2C2。在此条件下,ZSO的色度值将降到1.45.

结论
用NaOH氧化漂白ZSO的方法还在研究。单个测试显示出不同的因素,如NaOH的用量,反应温度,反应时间,对色度值的实验结果又很大的影响。正交实验的结果显示对色度值影响的主导因素顺序是NaOH用量,然后是反应温度,最后是反应时间。最佳的条件是A2B2C2。在此条件下,ZSO的色度值将降到1.45.  这完全满足工业应用的需求。
