Effect of reaction temperature on reduction of chroma value of ZSO Some ZSO was weighed, added into 2.5% peroxide, and mixed round for 1h on the temperature of 20°C, 40°C, 70°C, 90°C, 110°C. The results were displayed in Figure 2. Advanced Materials Research Vol. 460 The chroma value was reducing with the temperature increasing until the temperature was to 90°C, as shown in Figure 2. The decoloration was most remarkable on the temperature 90°C. With the temperature increasing continually, the chroma value was enhanced. It was because of the peroxide analyzed in the higher temperature. Accordingly, the oxidation function of peroxide was played down, and some substance of the oil sample was carbonized with temperature increasing. That was all the cause for color deepened of ZSO. Effect of reaction time on reduction of chroma value of ZSO Some ZSO was weighed, added into 2.5% peroxide, and mixed round for 10min, 30min, 1h,1.5h and 2h on the temperature of 90°C. The results were revealed in Figure 3. The Figure 3 showed the chroma value of ZSO can be fallen to the lowest when the reaction time was for 1h. If the reaction time is less than 1h, the oxidation will be not enough. However, when the reaction time is more than 1h, the oxidation nearly stopped, which lead to the color rebounded a little and viscosity increased. Orthogonal test Based on single factor experiment, the orthogonal test was adopted to review on the influencing factor, such as peroxide content, reaction temperature and reaction time. The experimental factor and level were show in Table 1. |

反应温度对ZSO色度值降低的影响 称量一些ZSO,然后加入2.5%的NaOH,并分别在20°C, 40°C, 70°C, 90°C, 110°C搅拌一个小时。结果如表2. 色度值随着温度的增加而减少,直到90℃,如表2. 最值得注意的是90℃的漂白。随着温度的持续增加,色度值也在提高。这是由于是在较高的温度下分析NaOH的。因此,NaOH的氧化作用在减弱,并且随着温度的升高,油样中有一些物质被碳化。这是ZSO颜色加深的所有原因。 反应时间对ZSO色度值降低的影响 称量适量ZSO,然后加入2.5%的NaOH,在90℃下分别搅拌10分钟,30分钟,1小时,1.5小时,2小时。结果如表3.表3显示了在1小时时,ZSO的色度值降到最低。如果反应时间小于1小时,氧化不充分。然而,当反应时间超过1小时,氧化近乎停止,这将导致颜色反弹一点,粘度增大。 正交实验 基于以上单因素实验,正交实验采取回顾其影响因素,如NaOH含量,反应温度和反应时间等。实验因素和标准都在表1中显示。 |
