[求助] IEEE Transaction Plasma Science 缴费问题，望各位牛人指点~

小弟在IEEE Transaction Plasma Science 接受了一篇文章，关于缴费问题我还弄不太明白。编辑给的费用的计算公式如下：
Estimated number of typeset pages: [ (__) pages + (__) figures + (__) tables ] / 4 = ___
Estimated page charge expense = $110 / typeset page x (__) typeset pages = $_______
我现在文章的情况是：文章正文（无图和表格）4页，12张图，5个表格。
请问我这个文章应该缴费多少啊？

Estimated number of typeset pages: [ (4) pages + (12) figures + (5) tables ] / 4 = 21/4 = 5.25
Estimated page charge expense = $110 / typeset page x (5.25) typeset pages = $ 577.5

2楼是正解，把你的页数，图片数，表格数结算出来，应用公式计算就可以了

Please check item (c), (d) or (e) if your article is estimated to be more than five typeset pages:
(   )        c. I and/or my institution accept the obligation to pay page charges of $110 per page for the first five pages and mandatory page charges of $110 per page for those pages in excess of five.
(   )        d. Although I and/or my institution can not accept the obligation to pay page charges of $110 per page for the first five pages, we do accept the obligation to pay mandatory page charges of $110 per page for those pages in excess of five.
(   )        e. I and/or my institution can not accept the obligation to pay mandatory page charges of $110 per page for those pages in excess of five.  In this case, the author should contact the Editor concerning the possibility of shortening the manuscript to five or fewer typeset pages.

三个是不同的态度们，第一个说的是你们对页数没有意见，愿意以6页每页110算；第二个说虽然你们不乐意，但是还是接受这么算；第三个就是你们不接受，要和编辑们重新商量一下，能不能将页数压缩到5页，因为你也提到5.25页，其实。
这个看你自己了，如果可以压缩的话就可以少付点，如果不在乎钱的话就无所谓了。和你导师商量一下吧

好的，我明白您的意思了，非常感谢。
请问是在提交final files 之后，再交费是吗？我看了一下编辑给的费用说明，没有给缴费的银行或者缴费方式，请问用什么方式缴费呢？
