由于当今世界环境日趋恶化，人们的环保意识也日益增强，为了节约能源，减少森林砍伐，全球各个国家，尤其是发达国家都非常重视废纸的回收利用。虽然废纸的回收利用对于环境保护有着非常重要的意义，但是也存在着很多健康安全隐患，尤其是以废纸或回收纸为原料来生产食品包装纸材料。 在纸质材料中，增塑剂是常存在的一种污染物，广泛存在于油墨、胶粘剂、涂料及回收纸中，有扰乱内分泌功能，甚至可能激活癌细胞活性，对人体健康有很大的危害。由于增塑剂广泛存在于大气悬浮物、水环境、生物环境、土壤环境和底泥中，容易混入包装材料的生产加工中，从而造成包装材料的污染。增塑剂的主要消费地区在亚洲，特别是在我国，近几年随着高分子材料工业的迅速发展，增塑剂的需求和规模不断扩展，我国已成为世界最大的增塑剂消费国之一。除了非法添加之外，食品中的增塑剂主要来自于食品包装材料向食品的迁移。其中邻苯二甲酸酯类（PAEs）是全球生产与消费的主导增塑剂，约占全部增塑剂消费量的70%左右，是目前全球范围内广泛存在的化学污染物之一。近些年来由邻苯二甲酸酯类物质引发的事件层出不断，邻苯二甲酸酯类物质的研究备受瞩目。但目前国内外对邻苯二甲酸酯类物质的研究多集中于塑料包装材料中，一般针对于邻苯二甲酸酯类物质的检测和部分邻苯二甲酸酯类物质迁移行为，没有对多种邻苯二甲酸酯类物质从纸包装材料向外迁移的研究。 |
