Sr. R&D Chemist---欢迎自荐和推荐 请发简历jenny.zhou@research-cn.com REPORTING TO/汇报对象 R&D Manager SUBORDINATES/下属 KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责 (including EHSS responsibilities) 1. Design and implementation of lab experiments and stability tests on innovation products. 2. Independent documentation via lab reports in Mandarin and English. 3. Support of innovation product scale-up in ZJG plant on demand. 4. Maintain samples, chemical substances, technical equipment, furniture and operational procedures in lab. 5. Meeting the requirements of IMS/ISO and EHSS standards. REQUIRED QUALIFICATION/必备条件 (education, language, expertise, functional competences) Education 1. Master degree or higher. 2. Major in chemistry or chemical engineering, silicone/polymer-related preferred. Knowledge/Requirement 1. Solid theoretical knowledge of chemistry, silicone chemistry preferred. 2. Pronounced practical lab skills. 3. Diligence and creativity, quick response to work, efficient time management. 4. Good command of written and spoken English. 5. Solid IT skills (MS Windows, MS Office, MS Outlook). 6. Soft skills: Open-minded, pro-active and communicational personality. Experience 1. Graduated students. 2. Two years of working experience in related industries is obliged. |
