合金量子点CdTe(S)与CdTe(CdS)的问题

RT,请达人解释下两者的区主要区别,如荧光效率量子尺寸等 看文献报道说,合金量子点由于能隙较CdTe量子点大,故引起吸收峰PL 发射峰的蓝移,而CdTe(CdS)却引起红移,为什么? 按道理无论哪种,随着加热都是红移哈,合金量子点怎么会引起蓝移呢! 原文如下:the red shift upon shell growth is the result of a decrease in the kinetic energy of the excited dlectrons and holes in the nanoparticles due to the spreading of their wave functions into the shell.this red shift also indicates that the obtained particles are of a core-shell structure rather than a CdTexS(1-x) alloyed QDS would lead to a blue shift in the absorption and PL spectra due to the larger band gap energy of CdTexS(1-x) alloyed QDS compared to pure CdTe QDS. |
