The STM topological images were simulated using DFT, adopting Tersoff and Hamann approximation in a constant height mode .
STM(扫描隧道显微镜) 拓扑图像是通过DFT(密度泛函理论) 计算模拟的, 采用的是一定高度(图像)模型下的Tersoff和Hamann近似(计算方法).
The electron density of both layers in the range of 0-0.90 eV above the Fermi level is integrated for the images.
