文献看不懂求助 autophagy related

| cell metabolism 2011年的文章Autophagy in hypothalamic Agrp neurons regulates food intake and energy balance中作者提到一个观点“addtion of lipid stimulus，such as fatty acid treatment or starvation ， induces autophagy in cultured hypatocytes and in the liver”，并且出自Singh 09年发表在nature 上的文章Autophagy regulates lipid metabolsim，但是我看了这篇文章之后没感觉提到fatty acid treatment诱导autophagy，并且文章中还有一句“this finding could represent an inability of the autophagic system to accommodate to the sudden FFA increase''，谁能解释一下么？ |
