Recently the research of entomic antimicrobial peptides has been a focus in the field of entomic immunology and biology£®It¡¯s hoped that the antimicrobial peptides become a new antimicrobial used for anti-oncology. But the study of entomic antivirus which is important for the entomic immunology were carried out only a little. This paper have investigated the effect of housefly grub and lymph extraction on 2215 cell strain and obtained 2 antimicrobial peptides by electrophoresis and chromatogram respectively. The 2215 cell strain was used to study the model of anti-Hepatitis B Virus. From the 2215 cell strain study we can confirm the effect of antimicrobial peptides. The results in this paper showed that the crude lymph extractives of antimicrobial peptides attribute to the suppression of 2115cell strain antigen secretion and the obtained f antimicrobial peptides have the same effect. This offered a new method for the study of Hepatitis B Virus and new drugs screening, and it¡¯s of very important consulting significance. The housefly grub distribute worldwide and the course of growth accomplish in the circumstance of all kinds of bacterium, and it¡¯s of the powerful immunity. It could contributes to the antimicrobial peptides which is a small molecule polypeptide and the molecular weight is usually lees than 10000 . The insect could synthesize much antimicrobial peptides by the stimulation of outer physic-chem factor. We prepared the crude extractives from the housefly grub by stimulation of ultrasonic and Hepatitis B vaccine after rubbing, heating and centrifugalization. The suppression effect of crude extractives on HBsAg and HBeAg secretion, as well as HBV-DNA systemization during the 2215 cell culture was investigated. Moreover, the effect of antimicrobial peptides crude extractives on Escherichia coli and , and the results showed that it¡¯s of evident suppression on 2215 cell strain antigen. The studies of antimicrobial peptides have been carried out for half an century from their foundation in 1972, but the application of them are so poor. The reason may be that antimicrobial peptides is so small in the organism and expensive production cost. We separated the antimicrobial peptides of small molecular weight , and callbacked the destination product by a new Novagen equipment. All this separation course were simple, convenient and high efficient. The antimicrobial peptides was analyzed by HPLC and it¡¯s a pure product. The anti-virus mechanism was also prognosticated as well as the further structure. The antimicrobial peptide was separated to two polypeptide. One is the same as the antimicrobial peptides by electrophoresis, and the other is a new antimicrobial peptide. According to the currently repot, some antimicrobial peptide do have the suppression on the virus. In this paper the antimicrobial peptide suppressed the 2115 cell strain evidently. However, the kind and the mechanism should be studied further in the future. This paper supplied initiate work on the antimicrobial peptide and anti-Hepatitis B Virus.
