IEEE Jounal of Oceanic Engineering, 一审回馈说我论述部分有剽窃，怎么回避修改？

本人不经常写英文论文，这是第一篇，所以英语语法very poor，导致我大量引述已发表的其他论文语句，这不就“遇到大事了”。 求助前辈们怎么修改啊？ 专家的部分回复： 01. Primary issue: the majority of the first three pages have been plagiarized from a variety of different manuscripts. Complete sentences have been taken verbatim without crediting the source or identifying the text as having been copied and stitched together with very few original words from the authors. The manuscript should be rejected solely based on this violation of professional ethics and assessed further to determine if the authors should be sanctioned. 2. The aforementioned plagiarism raises concern over the originality of the research presented in this manuscript. Despite this, there are many other problems with the manuscript. It is not clear that it would have been acceptable had the authors not plagiarized other sections of the paper. Several of these concerns are listed below and illustrate that the authors present an algorithm and a very limited simulation analysis that clearly does not merit publication as a journal article. - The grammar and punctuation is often very poor. ....... |
