黄遵楠博士是广东省绿色通道海外引进人才,研究领域是计算生物和药物设计,主要面向于分子动力学、蛋白质三维结构预测、蛋白质相互作用、虚拟筛选和计算机辅助药物设计。目前有三个具体的研究方向:一是开展一些肿瘤异常高表达蛋白基因的小分子药物设计和重要癌症化学预防剂的未知靶标蛋白的探查工作,今年投了好几个项目课题基金申请。二是发展计算机辅助药物设计的虚拟筛选新算法和新程序,有一项国家自然科学基金面上项目《基于分子动力学的柔性受体分子对接在计算机辅助药物设计虚拟筛选中的研究和应用》(60万元,2012-2015)在研。三是发展同源新算法并用于蛋白质三维结构预测。
