关于要求JDCTA期刊退钱问题

听虫友讲JDCTA被EI踢出来了，我的一篇论文交了钱还没发表，我写了封信问他能否把论文和钱退给我。他回的信如下： As we announced in the homepage’s News Board last September, this journal was clearly informed that it will be covered in Elsevier Products in 2013(We received this notification on 2012, 9, 24). Also, we completed all the necessary procedures for EI inclusion under the Elsevier’s process. This process is the same with the process we did in 2011 and 2012 for the journal’s coverage in Elsevier Products. As you know, Elsevier is an independent organization just like AICIT. Papers of all other organizations including AICIT are indexed in EI by Elsevier’s automatic paper gathering system. And in the process, no one can intervene. However, AICIT has made no mistakes during the process and never received any other notice. With unexpected inquiries from authors, we are now under the process of making contact with Elsevier after gathering and going through all the e-mails with Elsevier.
