请求支招：如何获取邀请函

| 准备明年出国，最近一直通过邮件联系国外导师，但是毫无消息。也不知道是否陶瓷信写的不到位。是否必须得靠关系才能行吗？想请有经验的大侠指点一下，如何较快的获取到邀请函？ |

China, Dear Dr.XXX It is my pleasure to invite you as a visiting scholar to visit XXX University and collaborate with my research group. The time period for your visit will be for one year and could be started from June 2013. However, the starting date is flexible. You will be doing research under my direction, and with members of my group, on the fields of ---- . We will provide you with office space and other research facilities as appropriate----- I understand that you have improved your English to study abroad. I understand you have been supported by a scholarship from the China Scholarship Council and your salary will be supported by the fund from Chinese government. We look forward to your visit.
