Support anti-counterfeiting work in Region China 1) Coordinate active counterfeit cases; 2) Plan and coordinate market surveys; 3) Conduct regular research and monitor on counterfeit issues; 4) Work with external agents/authorities to take raid actions; 5) Attend trainings to authorities; ? Provide support on legal dispute cases 1) Research on dispute cases, propose action plan; 2) Work with external parties to follow up dispute cases; ? Provide legal advice on IP related issues 1) Follow up with update of laws and practice; 2) Research potential impact on NN; 3) Review trademark use and provide advice; ? Help to handle inquiry/investigation by external parties 1) Receive external inquiry/investigation; 2) Prepare required documentation; 3) Follow up with external parties to settle inquiry/investigation; 岗位要求： 学历要求：全日制统招本科 性别要求：不限 语言要求：英语 + 普通话 专业要求：不限 年龄要求：25-40 工作年限：3年以上 任职资格的具体描述： ? 3+ years working experience in multinational company or leading law firms specialized in IP; ? Substantial/solid experience in the field of anti-counterfeiting/brand protecting, etc.; ?
