实验中首先对各部分投入时的分散性进行了测试,以便更好的得到电弧图像,其次对得到的电弧图像分阶段分别进行了分析。采用Matlab图像处理技术对电弧图像进行了二值化,并进行了亮点的统计,得到了电弧面积变化曲线,通过与普通交流的对比,得出了直流开断的电弧的相关特点,最后对不同开断速度下的电弧面积变化进行了分析,为直流电弧真空中开断的研究提供了一定的参考意义。
In order to obtain better arc image, the dispersion of samples in different inputting period were measured firstly in our experiment, secondly, the obtained arc images were analyzed in different period, respectively. and the arc images were binarized via Image processing technology of MabLab, bright spot were calculated, changing curve of arc area were obtained, the Relevant features of Dc( direct current ) open circuit arc were concluded via compared with that of Ordinary alternating current, finally, changing curve of arc area in different open rate were analyzed, which Providing a certain reference significance for the research of Dc open circuit arc in vacuum.
