For the most successful system of aqueous synthesis,CdTe nanocrystals grow slowly at a relatively low temperature (<100)with no obvious size focusing or defocusing ,and the typical PL QYof the resulting nanocrystals is between 3%~10%.

在大多数水溶液中合成的成功地体系,CdTe 纳米晶体在相对较低的低温度下(<100)生长缓慢, 看不到明显的颗粒大小聚焦或散焦作用情况, 而且纳晶的典型的PL QY(荧光量子效率)范围为3%~10%.

size focusing or defocusing:介质发生聚焦作用或散焦作用的非线性光学现象。
