组织中的金纳米粒采用银染色的具体方法

| 想观察组织切片中的金纳米粒，除去超薄切片TEM观察，还有有方法说银增强染色后可以在光镜下观察，但是网上基本没有查到详细的流程。不知道哪位做过？ |

我没有做过，看文献中有相应的描述，你知道其中的原理吗？为什么银会沉积在金的位置从而显现出金的位置呢？ Deparaffinized sections underwent silver enhancement procedure, which selectively precipitates silver onto gold so that it can be visualized under light microscopy. Briefly, deparaffinized sections were washed in DI water, 0.02 M sodium citrate (pH 3.5), and DI water in that order. Sections were silver enhanced using LI Silver (Nanoprobes, Inc., Yaphank, NY) and counterstained with hematoxylin and eosin (H&E). |
