[交流] cheated out of money when I endorsed the flight by the phone beginning with 400

As shown in the tittle, it happened on me this afternoon and for a period I have been in a bad mood. Anyhow, it was a large amount I've save for almost a year.

I bought a fight ticket for the friend of one of my foreign friends on the website QUNAER yesterday.  It was the first time I had booked the flight. All went well and the ticket was printed soon after the business was finished. But today before the plane took off my friend told me that his friend got a headache and have to cancel or endore for one that leaves tomorrow morning. The official service line was busy, my friend pushed me. And then I found a phone number beigging with 400 on baidu. The man told me to accept the refund compared to the new cheaper ticket on ATM so that the business can be forwarded. Then you know.... There is no problem with my friend, but there are too many traps around.

There are too many problems with these websites. All new beginners should take care. Just warnning for you.

oh,i am sorry to hear that.
we can't ask baidu for everything,and should visit official website.

The same thing happpened on me several weeks ago.
I wanted to post some personal belongs to Xi'an from Shanghai. And I searched for "Zhaijisong" on Baidu.
A 400 phone number appeared in the front of the list which is titled as "Shanghai Zhaijisong".
So, I dailed the number and posted my luggage for almost 600 RMB.
Then, I started to doubt about the sky-high price. And called the official 400 number to make an enquiry about the price. That's the moment that I got to know I was cheated....
Fortunately, my luggage was successfully posted to Xi'an, but only with a doubled price.

The line was busy. I cannot get in and was pushed to cancel it. Also I don't want spend too long on that. Haste makes a huge waste this time. I did not tell him.
