黄连中有效成分主要是小檗碱,为了进一步研究不同浓度盐酸小檗碱的抑菌特性差异,这次实验对它的抑菌活性和最小抑菌浓度进行了实验研究。本次实验采用稀硫酸法提取黄连中的盐酸小檗碱并进行精制,用平板法体外抑菌实验观察不同浓度下盐酸小檗碱溶液的抑菌效果以及盐酸小檗碱的最小抑茵浓度(MIC)。盐酸小檗碱提取率为3.8%,纯度为73.3%。不同浓度下的盐酸小檗碱的抑菌活性有明显差异,对大肠杆菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)为0.4mg/ml,盐酸小檗碱体外有较强的抑菌作用。 图1 对照品吸收光谱 图2 样品吸收光谱图 表1 盐酸小檗碱的最小抑菌浓度(MIC) 表2 80℃干燥盐酸小檗碱不同浓度体外对大肠杆菌的抑菌圈直径(cm)(x±s) 注:上表中“一”表示无抑茵圈.x为重复试验的平均值,s为标准偏置。 |

The effective component of the Coptis is berberine. Effective components of Huanglian berberine is the main difference, in order to further study the effects of different concentrations of antibacterial properties of antibacterial activity of berberine hydrochloride, the experiment on it and the minimum inhibitory concentration was studied. In this experiment, the extraction of berberine hydrochloride and refined dilute sulfuric acid method, Bacteriostatic Experiment in vitro bacteriostatic effect of berberine hydrochloride solution with different concentrations of berberine hydrochloride and the minimum inhibition concentration (MIC) by plate method. Berberine extraction rate was 3.8%, the purity was 73.3%. There was significant difference between the antibacterial activity of berberine hydrochloric acid at different concentrations, the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of Escherichia coli 0.4mg/ml, berberine hydrochloride in vitro had stronger bacteriostasis.
