如何处理得到igenomes上那种格式的gtf,ebwt数据

从sra上下载了Ovis aries (sheep)的RNA-Seq数据，准备用Cufflinks和tophat得到基因表达水平， 根据文章（Differential gene and transcript expression analysis of RNA-seq experiments with TopHat and Cufflinks）介绍的步骤，首先要从 http://tophat.cbcb.umd.edu/igenomes.shtml 下载处理好的基因组数据和注释数据， 我现在处理的是Ovis aries (sheep)数据，在 http://tophat.cbcb.umd.edu/igenomes.shtml 上没有Ovis aries (sheep)， 请问，如何处理得到 http://tophat.cbcb.umd.edu/igenomes.shtml 上那种格式的gtf,ebwt数据？ |
