About the Job: • Responsible for the supervision of assigned direct reports • Responsible for detailed performance review and management of direct reports • Measure performance indications for assigned staffs • Escalate potential training needed and assist in conduct of training and development efforts • Conduct CQC visit for assigned staffs • Effectively communicate management strategies, policies and procedures in conjunction with leadership team • Maintain good working relationship with internal and external clients especially for co-source client. Requirements: • Minimum of 4 yrs relevant clinical research experience in pharma and CRO. • Prefer master or other advanced degree • Prefer supervisory experience in health care or clinical research field • Relevant supervisory experience • Strong communication skills and self motivated. |
