1，Introduction
The renewable and sustainable energy should be the priority for human development. This conference on energy and sustainability is to call for papers from researchers, scientists and engineers engaged in resources science, energy, environmental science, sustainable development, policy maker, etc..
2013 1st International Conference on Energy and Sustainability (ICES 2013) will be held in Beijing, China during Oct. 18-20, 2013. A key aspect of this conference is the strong mixture of academia and industry. This allows the free exchange of ideas and challenges faced by these two key stakeholders and encourage future collaboration between members of these groups.

2，Publications
The accepted papers will be published on journal: Advanced Materials Research(ISSN: 1662-8985), which are online available in full text via the platform https://www.scientific.net/, and included in EI Compendex and Scopus database!
About 10 papers will be selected to be recommended to publish in journal on sustainable energy (abstracted in ISI SCI).
