Organic impurities in the feedwater and steam of
boilers cause the main equipment of thermal power sta-
tions (TPSs) to operate less reliably and efficiently. The
results from investigations carried out in Russia and
abroad confirm that there have been numerous cases
when the main technological equipment at TPSs suf-
fered from corrosion damage caused by the products of
thermolysis of high-molecular organic compounds,
especially free chloride-ion and low-molecular carbox-
ylic acids [1].
The technological schemes for preparing makeup
water employed in the majority of TPSs in Russia,
which include reagent-assisted treatment in clarifiers,
clarification on mechanical filters, and two- or three-
stage demineralization on ion-exchange filters, do not
always ensure that organic compounds will be removed
from makeup water to a sufficiently great extent.

在注入水以及锅炉蒸汽中的有机杂货导致了热电站(TPSs)主要装备在运行中存在不可靠以及低效率问题。来自于俄罗斯以及国外的研究结果表明在许多情况下,热电站的主要工艺设备都会受到有机高分子聚合物热解产物的腐蚀,尤其是自由氯离子以及低分子羧基的酸[1]。在俄罗斯的大部分热电站中所采用的技术方案是提供补给水,这也包括在滤清器中添加辅助试剂,机械过滤器的清理,以及在离子交换介质中采用两重或者三重除盐等方法,但这些方法并不能在很大程度上确定有机化合物将被从补给水中完全去除。
