Long-term carcinogenicity studies of mometasone furoate were conducted by the inhalation route in rats and mice. In a 2-year carcinogenicity study in Sprague-Dawley rats, mometasone furoate demonstrated no statistically significant increase of tumors at inhalation doses up to 67 mcg/kg (approximately 0.04 times the estimated maximum clinical topical dose from ELOCON Cream on a mcg/m2 basis). In a 19-month carcinogenicity study in Swiss CD-1 mice, mometasone furoate demonstrated no statistically significant increase in the incidence of tumors at inhalation doses up to 160 mcg/kg (approximately 0.05 times the estimated maximum clinical topical dose from ELOCON Cream on a mcg/m2 basis).” 括号里面的应该怎么翻译呢？具体含义是什么？ |

In a 19-month carcinogenicity study in Swiss CD-1 mice, mometasone furoate demonstrated no statistically significant increase in the incidence of tumors at inhalation doses up to 160 mcg/kg (approximately 0.05 times the estimated maximum clinical topical dose from ELOCON Cream on a mcg/m2 basis). 在一个19个月的小鼠致癌研究中，糠酸莫米松的吸入剂量达到160 微克/公斤时在肿瘤发生率上没有统计的显著性增加（大约为 莫米松膏剂 预计最大临床局部剂量（按微克/平方米给药）的0.05倍）。 外用药：按微克/平方米给药，现在动物实验也有很多按面积给药的。 所谓的按体重给药，都是用相应系数换算过去的。 |
