运动体验研究对体育教学的启示 The Inspiration of Sports Experience Research on Physical Education 摘要：通过文献资料法、逻辑分析法对人体运动学、人体运动和身体运动的概念和内涵进行了梳理，在此基础上对运动体验的概念、内容和作用进行了阐释。研究认为运动体验是后继运动参与和运动保持的关键影响因子，在体育教学中应首先提供给学生多样化的运动体验，进而深化良好的运动体验，从而促进学生运动习惯的养成。 Abstract: Trim the concept and connotation of kinesiology, human movement and body movement using the literature material law and the logical analysis, and interpret the concept, content and function of the sports experience on this basis. The studys suggested that the sports experience is the key impact factor of the subsequent movement participation and the movement persistence, that first offer student the diversification of sports experience in the physical education, and then deepen a good sports experience, thus promote the development of students' exercise habits. 关键词：运动体验；体育教学；启示 Key words: sports experience; physical education; inspiration 参考下、、、 |
